Sooners get even closer

Oklahoma State and Baylor both had significant losses to their programs in the offseason. Namely, Brandon Weeden, Justin Blackmon, and Robert Griffin III. They will take a hit this year and it will spawn the re-emergence of the classic Red River Rivalry and a new team who has been a thorn in the big six conferences' teams' sides for some time now. Predictions......................

Oklahoma                         9-0
Texas                                8-1
TCU                                 7-2
Kansas State                     5-4
Oklahoma State                 5-4
West Virginia                     4-5
Texas Tech                        3-6
Iowa State                         2-8
Baylor                                2-8
Kansas                              1-9

.......................Oklahoma has a clear path now should they continue to play as hard as they have. They will go 12-0 and be in the argument for the BCS National Title Game. Texas will lose the head to head matchup for the third straight year and TCU will mean business as they come in on a winning tear until their last two opponents. Oklahoma State will fall to 5-4 while Baylor suffers the bigger impact and end up 2-8. For the other new team West Virginia, they will learn soon enough that the Big East is not the Big 12.
